Fairsen Jelly Powder [Lychee Flavour]

Founded in 1974 in Changhua County, Taiwan, Fairsen initially specialized in manufacturing and selling a range of products, including agar powder, pudding powder, jelly powder, aiyu jelly powder, and tofu pudding powder, which were marketed throughout Taiwan.

Instructions (Serve 6) : 
Add the jelly powder to 600ml of boiling water (above 90°C), stir until fully dissolved, pour into molds, let it cool, and refrigerate until set before serving.
