ZenAstro Refund Policy

1. Horoscope and I Ching Consulting:

• Online consultation service: Within the first 15 minutes of the consultation, if the customer is not satisfied with the reading, they can request a refund. After this time, all refund requests will not be accepted.
• Interpretation text service: Customers can request a preview copy before receiving the complete version. If this request is not made, we will provide the complete version and the refund policy will not apply.

2. Feng Shui and Auspicious Date Selection Consulting:

Service fees are charged hourly and are non-refundable.

3. Feng Shui Items:

Feng Shui items are custom-designed according to each customer's specific Feng Shui needs. Due to the personalized and specialized nature of these products, we do not apply a return or exchange policy for these items.
