GoBuyThings — Shipping & Pickup Policy

Effective October 15, 2026. These terms apply to purchases made on or after this date. Earlier purchases remain subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase and applicable law.

Shipping availability and costs

Shipping is available only for products and destinations offered at checkout or expressly confirmed before ordering. Available delivery methods, shipping charges, taxes and any known additional charges are disclosed before purchase. Some goods are pickup-only or subject to handling and destination restrictions.

Processing and delivery

Availability and processing times vary by item. In-stock, pre-order, backordered and special-order items may have different schedules. Any delivery or fulfillment date agreed for your order will be provided in your order information. Contact us before committing if timing is important. We will notify you of a material delay and discuss available options; estimated dates do not waive statutory cancellation or refund rights.

Pickup in Mississauga

Pickup is at GoBuyThings Queensway, Unit 21, 1235 Queensway East, Mississauga, Ontario L4Y 0G4. Please wait for a ready-for-pickup confirmation and arrange a pickup time before visiting. Bring your order confirmation. Payment at pickup is available only where offered and confirmed for your order.

Pre-orders and waiting lists

An item shown as out of stock may be available for a pre-order or waiting-list request. Placing a request does not mean the item is ready or that a delivery date is guaranteed. We will confirm availability, price, any payment requirement and the agreed fulfillment schedule before a binding commitment where these have not already been disclosed. If we cannot supply a paid item, we will refund it.

Tracking and delivery issues

We provide tracking when the selected service includes it. Please check your address before purchase and contact us immediately about errors. Any additional charge arising from a customer-requested change will be explained before it is incurred. For a lost, damaged, incorrect or missing order, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange the remedy required in the circumstances. A carrier's delivery scan alone does not determine your legal rights.

International orders

If international shipping is offered, destination-specific restrictions and additional duties, taxes or brokerage charges will be disclosed as applicable before purchase; amounts we cannot reasonably determine will be identified as potential additional charges.

Your legal rights: Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights, remedies, implied conditions or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection or sale of goods laws. Where the law requires a cancellation, refund or another remedy, that right prevails over this policy.
